[Owner post] 🌿🏡 I have Home Office / Co-living Space (unfurnished+new) for rent
Budget: 150K per month for customers who are looking for living or working in local communities and peaceful city, and near river, Nonthaburi.
There are temple,gov building, hospitals and fresh markets around here, also very easy to get in town.

If the customer want to rent only at 1-2 floor is ok. We plan to develop our place into co-living space.
We have private 1 bedroom and 1 big meeting room at 2nd floor and you can use rooftop/ elevator/ and kitchen anytime. In our co-living home, rental price is 100,000 bath per month (you can decorate your new rooms as you like)
